Arriving in Hilo

Good morning!  It's about 7:00 am here in Hilo and we are eating fresh bananas and papaya that we have picked straight from the local trees.  We had a long travel day yesterday filled with airport food and long layovers, but we have made it safely to the beautiful island. This morning we are visiting the local farmers market and we will be attending two festivals at the Volcano National Park.  Our internet connection has been hit and miss, so please bear with us as we continue to update you all on our journeys.
